MMDA lifts Metro Manila number coding except in Las Piñas, Makati

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Monday, August 13, 2018, lifted the number coding scheme in Metro Manila, except in Las Piñas and Makati.

 

 

Under the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or more popularly known as the number coding scheme, vehicles with plate numbers ending in 1 and 2 will not be allowed to use roads in Metro Manila on Mondays, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. — DVM, GMA News
