Orange barriers float, drift in Cubao flood

The orange barriers used to help maintain order in the streets by keeping motorists in their respective lanes added to the confusion on Tuesday afternoon in Quezon City after they floated in the flood and drifted where the waters took them.

The video was taken on P. Tuazon Street in Cubao, Quezon City by Youscooper MD Almella as heavy rains caused floods in many parts of the city.

The downpour caused by thunderstorms even flooded the inside of Farmers Plaza mall also in Cubao. —NB, GMA News
