Fire hits National Children's Hospital in QC

Fire broke out at the National Children's Hospital along E. Rodriguez in Quezon City before noon Thursday, according to a dzBB report.
It reached first alarm but was put out immediately by firefighters.
Investigators are looking into the incident.
Established in 1945 to originally cater to war veterans, the NHC still helps less fortunate patients. Around 90 percent of its patients are indigent. It is under the Department of Health. —LDF, GMA News
