Cartons cause traffic congestion along C 5 road in Libis, Quezon City

Traffic is at a stand still for a while along Circumferential Road 5 in Libis, Quezon City after cartons fell from a truck in the area, GMA News' James Agustin reported.

There are about 400 bundles of cartons scattered along one lane of the road, making it impassable to traffic.

Traffic personnel, aided by responders are currently clearing the road as of posting. — BAP, GMA News
