Isko cancels licenses, permits of PCSO gaming outlets in Manila
Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso on Monday ordered the cancellation of the business licenses and mayor’s permits of all Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) gaming outlets in the city.

Following President Rodrigo Duterte’s order, Moreno directed the officer-in-charge of Manila’s Business License Office to withdraw all the licenses and permits issued by the city to all PCSO gaming outlets.
“In line with the President's announcement, you are hereby directed to withdraw all Business License and Mayor's Permit issued by the city to all PCSO licensee, agent, or franchisee of all its gaming schemes,” Moreno said in a memorandum.
