P3.4-M shabu seized in Muntinlupa; 2 drug suspects arrested —PDEA

Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency on Thursday seized P3.4 million worth of suspected shabu, and nabbed two drug suspects during a buy-bust operation in Sucat, Muntinlupa City.

PDEA National Capital Region identified on Friday the suspects as Joehari Mamasainged, 25; and Naser Cayagyag, 21, both residents of Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

Also, agents seized five plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 500 grams, a Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycle, and buy-bust money.

The suspects will be facing criminal charges for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Illegal Drugs) of Article II of the Republic Act No. 9165 otherwise known as “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.” —LBG, GMA News
