MRT3 ready to resume ops on June 1
The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT3) conducted a test run on Sunday in preparation of the resumption of operations on Monday, the first day of the general community quarantine in Metro Manila.
According to a report on “24 Oras News Alert,” all seats inside the trains were already marked to ensure physical distancing will be observed.

Meanwhile, train stations also have queuing markers so passengers can avoid overcrowding.
Three Dalian trains were included in the fleet of 19 trains that were tested by the MRT-3 management earlier.

According to the Department of Transportation, only 160 passengers per train or 20 percent of its total capacity will be allowed per trip. —LBG, GMA News
