Parañaque implements modified liquor ban until Sept. 30

The Parañaque City government on Thursday announced restrictions on the sale and serving of alcohol until September 30.
In a Facebook post, the local government said the selling of liquor will be allowed from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
However, the serving of liquor and alcoholic beverages remains prohibited in all establishments.
As of September 8, Parañaque City has recorded 29,424 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
Meanwhile, a total of 488,125 Parañaque residents have received at least one dose against COVID-19, while 261,800 have been fully vaccinated. — Joahna Lei Casilao/BM, GMA News
