100,000 get COVID-19 vaccines from churches in Kalookan diocese
The health care ministry of the Diocese of Kalookan has announced that churches have been designated as COVID-19 vaccination sites.

The Diocese of Kalookan said its ongoing COVID-19 vaccination drive is open to all Christian denominations and other religions.
"The public has to understand that this program is not just for Catholics, but also for other religious sects and denominations," said ministry head Fr. Rene Richard Bernardo over Radio Veritas on Monday.
"We want to help everybody through this massive vaccination program in our diocese," he added.
Bernardo said they were able to vaccinate people from Caloocan, Malabon, and Navotas, among others.
So far, about 100,000 individuals have been vaccinated in the diocese.
The designated churches include the San Roque Cathedral, Saint Gabriel the Archangel Parish, Shrine of Our Lady of Grace Parish, San Ezekiel Moreno Parish, and Notre Dame of Greater Manila in Caloocan City; Saints Peter and John Parish, San Antonio de Padua Parish, Immaculate Concepcion Parish, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, and San Bartolome Parish in Malabon City; and San Jose Parish in Navotas City.
"We have had vaccinees from Bulacan, Pampanga, and Cavite. We are ready to help them through this vaccination program," Bernardo said. -- BAP, GMA News
