Former Baywalk Bodies member, 2 others nabbed for illegal drugs

A former member of the group Baywalk Bodies and two others were arrested in a buy-bust operation, according to Marisol Abdurahman’s “24 Oras” report on Thursday.

Kat De Santos, together with Fidel Samson and Victor Advincula, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in La Loma Quezon City on Wednesday night.

According to the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), this was the fourth time Santos has been arrested due to illegal drugs.

“Hindi siya natuto ganun pa rin binabalik balikan pa rin niya yung negosyo niya yung pagtatransact niya ng drugs kaya nahuhuli siya palagi,” Police Brigadier General Remus Medina, district director of QCPD, said.

The police said De Santos’ group covers several areas in its drug operations.

“May mga areas sila na kinokover and then may areas sila dito sa Quezon City na sila ang pinanggagalingan,” Medina said.

De Santos admitted she was involved in illegal drugs.

“Opo dahil po sa drugs din po. Nagsisisi po,” she said.
