P387.6-million shabu seized in Quezon City buy-bust op

Three persons were arrested and P387.6 million worth of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation by the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Quezon City.

Arrested were Gibbrael Arcega Sacianco, 32 years old; Mikkael Arcega Sacianco, 29 years old; and Ramil Ramos Jose, 39 years old.

Seized from them were about 57 kilos of suspected shabu, boodle money,  identification cards,  a caliber .45 pistol with loaded magazine, and a Nissan Urvan with plate number NBX 3844.

According to the police, one suspect was wounded after he allegedly fought back with the authorities in the operation at a gasoline station in Mindanao Avenue.

The suspects will be facing charges related to the violation of provisions of the Comprehensive Drug Act of 2002. —NB, GMA News
