Body found in Quezon City creek on Christmas Day

A body of a man was found under a bridge in Riverview Creek, Old Samson Road in Barangay Balingasa, Quezon City on Monday, police said.

The body belongs to a 70- to 80-year-old man who got drunk on Sunday evening, Christmas Eve, according to a report by Allan Gatus on Dobol B TV.

Based on initial information from his companions, the man left to use a restroom but did not come back.

Quezon City Police Station 1 said they received information about the body at 6 a.m. on Monday, Christmas Day.

A team of Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) will investigate the incident. —Joviland Rita/KG, GMA Integrated News
