PCG recovers body floating in Baseco waters

The Philippine Coast Guard on Monday recovered a body found floating in the vicinity waters off Baseco Compound in Port Area, Manila.

In a post on Facebook, the PCG said that the fatality was a man "approximately 45 years old' wearing a red and white striped shirt and black shorts. His identity has not yet been determined.

The PCG said it had been alerted by a concerned citizen at around 1:45 p.m. and found the body near a tugboat. — BM, GMA Integrated News
