Designed by the City Architect's Office, the project is being executed by the City Engineering Department in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
Part of the Elliptical Road, particularly from North Avenue to Quezon Avenue, was temporarily closed from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday to give way for construction works.
As of posting time, the city government has yet to announce the project timeline and if other road closures would be implemented in the coming days. — VDV, GMA Integrated News
