Food vlogger 'Diwata' arrested for 2018 case

Viral food vlogger "Diwata" was arrested on Tuesday morning for an alleged assault case in 2018.

A warrant of arrest for slight physical injuries was enforced against the vlogger, whose real name is Deo Balbuena, according to a statement by the Southern Police District on Thursday.

The vlogger was apprehended at 10 a.m. along Diokno Boulevard by the Pasay City Police.

He was released at around 12 noon after posting a P3,000 bail.
