LRT2 implements half line ops from Recto to Cubao and back

Operations of the Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT2) will run only from Recto to Cubao and back from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, the Light Rail Transit Authority announced.

This is to "secure loose power cables in the area after the Katipunan Tunnel towards Marikina River," the LRTA said in a post on Facebook.

The LRTA said investigation is ongoing regarding the pilferage of the power cables.

Normal operations resumed past 4 p.m.
