Parts of Metro Manila to experience water interruptions from May 30 to June 3

Several areas in Metro Manila will be experiencing water service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance activities starting May 30.

In an advisory posted on its website, Manila Water said there will be line maintenance activities at Banlat Road corner Alcantara Street from 10 p.m. of May 30 to 4 a.m. of June 1, and corner San Felipe Street from 10 p.m. of May 30 to 4 a.m. of May 31.  

Parts of Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City will be affected.

There will also be line meter and strainer declogging from 10 p.m. of May 30 to 4 a.m. of May 31 at:

• San Andres Extension corner Tejeron
• Callejon 6 Street corner Delpan Street
• A. Francisco corner Agua Marina

Affected areas are Barangays 780, 785, 786, and 881 in San Andres, Manila

Meanwhile, zero pressure test will conducted at Victory Hills, Barangay Fortune in Antipolo City from 10 p.m. of May 30 to 4 a.m. of May 31.

Affected are:

• Parts of Barangay Fortune, Marikina (Monterey Hills and Azucena Street corner Champaca to Fortune-Monterey Bridge), Sunnyville 3 and Champaca Street (corner Azucena to corner 3rd Ave.), Victory Hills, San Miguel Phase 2, 3, 4
• Parts of Brgy. Silangan, San Mateo,  Delos Santos Ave. (from Fortune-Monterey Bridge to corner Riverside Drive)

On the other hand, Maynilad will be conducting water audit along General Luna, M. Naval extension, and Women’s Club from 11 p.m. of May 30 to 4 a.m. of May 31.

Affected are Barangays Baritan, Bayan-Bayanan, Concepcion, Dampalit, Flores, and Hulong Duhat in Malabon City and Tanza 1 and 2 in Navotas City.

Maynilad will also be conducting leak detection along Villa Sabina and Congressional corner Spring Drive (West) in Quezon City from 10 p.m. of May 30 to 6 a.m. of May 31.

Affected areas are Barangay Talipapa and Bahay Toro.

There will also be a pressure test along Howmart corner EDSA and corner Quirino from 10 p.m. of May 30 to 6 a.m. of May 31. Affected are Apolonio Samson and Baesa in Quezon City.

Maynilad will also be conducting pressure test along Rockville 1 from 10 p.m. of May 31 to 6 a.m. of June 1. San Bartolome, Quezon City will be affected by this activity.

Pressure test will also be conducted along Toctocan corner Ventura from 10 p.m. of June 1 to 6 a.m. of June 2. To be affected are Apolonio Samson, Balingasa, and Manresa in Quezon City.

There will also be pressure test along Del Monte corner Speaker Perez from 10 p.m. of June 2 to 6 a.m. of June 3. It will affect the areas of Maharlika,NS Amoranto, and Paang Bundok in Quezon City.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
