1 injured after speeding jeepney crashes into bank in QC

One woman was injured after a speeding jeepney crashed into the side of a bank in Kamias, Quezon City on Tuesday night.

According to a report in “Saksi,” the jeepney driver said he tried to avoid another vehicle but lost his brakes.

No one among the passengers was hurt, but the jeepney hit a woman on the sidewalk as well as damaging the railing of a bank and two parked vehicles. 

The driver of the vehicle  the jeepney driver tried to avoid said the latter was driving at high speed prior to the accident.
