4 dead, 25 injured in road mishap along Katipunan flyover in Quezon City

The northbound lane of Katipunan Avenue Flyover in Quezon City was closed to traffic on Thursday evening following a road mishap that caused four fatalities and 25 injured individuals.

According to Bea Pinlac’s report in “Saksi”, a truck lost control of its brake causing it to plow through other vehicles.

There were 16 motorcycles, five four-wheeled vehicles, one bus, and a truck involved in the incident that occurred around 6 p.m., the Quezon City Traffic Sector 3 said.

The truck driver left the scene after the accident.
