Fire hits Ortigas Center condo in Pasig City

A fire broke out at a high-rise condominium building in Ortigas Center, Pasig City on Monday afternoon, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

The BFP said the incident at the Grand Emerald Tower started around 3:09 p.m. and reached the first alarm at around 3:19 p.m.

The blaze was declared extinguished at around 3:39 p.m., according to the BFP.

Five fire trucks and one ambulance responded to the fire. —RF, GMA Integrated News
