Russian vlogger slapped with unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, attempted theft raps — NCRPO

Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy is now facing complaints for unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, as well as attempted theft after reportedly harassing Filipinos in his livestream, the police said Friday.

National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) spokesperson Police Major Hazel Asilo told GMA News Online that the complaints were filed by security officers and guards at Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City.

On Wednesday, Vitaly was arrested in a hotel in Pasay City after the Bureau of Immigration (BI) issued a Mission Order for Undesirability against him.

He was arrested for violating BI operations order on acts or omissions that constitute undesirability of foreign nationals in relation to the Philippine Immigration Act.

CIDG chief Police Major General Nicolas Torre III said the vlogger allegedly harassed Filipinos and displayed “disruptive behavior” during his livestream at BGC.

Vitaly’s videos went viral online as he drew flak for allegedly harassing and insulting Filipinos for content.

He was brought to a detention facility in Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig while awaiting deportation proceedings, according to the CIDG. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
