Beneficiary dies while lining up for ayuda distribution in Marikina — police

A beneficiary lining up for financial aid at Marikina sports complex died on Monday, according to the city police on Tuesday.

The Marikina City Police Station said the 20-year-old delivery rider was waiting for ayuda when he lost consciousness, Super Radyo dzBB’s Sam Nielsen reported.

He was brought to Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center around 4:20 p.m. but he passed away around 9 p.m.

According to the hospital, his death was “natural.”
