Nancy Binay tops Makati mayoral race

Senator Nancy Binay is set to become the next mayor of Makati City.

According to the partial and unofficial count of the Commission on Elections as of 11:14 p.m. Monday, Binay garnered 125,455 votes, while Luis Campos received 94,170 votes.

For vice mayor, Campos' running mate, Kid Peña, secured 162,408 votes. His opponent, Monsour del Rosario, got 57,822 votes.
