Body of woman found in dump truck in Payatas

A lifeless body of a woman was found in the pile of trash inside a dump truck in Barangay Payatas on Wednesday morning, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) reported.

In a statement, the QCOD said the body was discovered on Saint Beatriz Street corner San Lorenzo Street at 8:15 a.m.

Personnel from the Payatas Bagong Silangan Police Station 13 responded to the area, secured the crime scene, and initiated the necessary investigative protocols.

The QCPD said efforts are underway to establish the identity of the body, determine the cause of death, and investigate possible circumstances and individuals involved.

“We appeal to the public for any information that may aid in the swift resolution of this case. Anyone with knowledge of the incident is encouraged to report to the nearest police station or contact QCPD directly,” the QCPD said.
