No number coding on June 12, 2025, Independence Day —MMDA

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has announced that the expanded number coding will be suspended on Thursday, June 12, 2025, as the country celebrates its 127th Independence Day.

In a Facebook post, MMDA advised motorists to plan their travel, follow traffic rules, and drive carefully.

The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) earlier announced that several road sections will be closed on June 12.

LRT-1, LRT-2, and MRT-3 will be offering free rides to passengers on Thursday.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
