The Light Rail Transit 1 (LRT-1) resumed full operations on Wednesday afternoon after an electrical fault was reported between the Redemptorist-Aseana Station and Baclaran Station in Parañaque City.
Limited operations were implemented starting at 8:54 a.m. as the engineering team of LRT-1 operator Light Rail Manila Corporation addressed the problem.
“We are pleased to announce that LRMC has successfully completed all necessary repairs and comprehensive assessments, allowing LRT-1 to resume full operation today, June 18, 2025 (5:38 p.m.),” LRMC said in a social media post.
“Trains are now running from Fernando Poe Jr. Station to Dr. Santos Station and vice versa,” it added.
