50 families affected in Pasig fire on Monday night

At least 50 families were affected by a fire that broke out at a residential area in Barangay Rosario, Pasig City on Monday evening.

According to Nico Waje’s “Saksi” report, the fire started before 8 p.m. and was raised to 1st alarm five minutes after.

Many residents were unable to save their belongings as the blaze spread quickly among the houses made of light materials.

One person was reported to have sustained injuries.

At 8:20 p.m., the fire reached the 3rd alarm.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Pasig is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
