Fire hits residential area in Sta. Mesa, Manila

A fire broke out Saturday morning at a residential area in Sta. Mesa, Manila City, according to a bulletin by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

The incident occurred at the corner of Santol Street and Ramon Magsaysay Avenue at about 9:30 a.m. 

Thirteen BFP fire trucks responded to the scene as authorities raised the third alarm.

No casualties were immediately reported.

A report by Mao dela Cruz on Super Radyo dzBB said the fire has been deemed under control.
