MMDA, Makati City suspends number coding scheme on Friday, July 25, 2025

The number coding scheme in Metro Manila and Makati City remains suspended on Friday, July 25, 2025, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Makati City government announced.

"Wala pa ring number coding scheme bukas, July 25 2025 dahil sa patuloy na nararanasang pag-ulan sa Metro Manila," the MMDA posted.

(There will still be no number coding scheme tomorrow, July 25 2025 due to the ongoing rains in Metro Manila.)

"Tuloy-tuloy ang paalala ng MMDA sa mga motorista: ibayong ingat sa pagmamaneho sa gitna ng mga pag-ulan. Regular ding mag-antabay sa balita ukol sa panahon at mga flood reports para iwas-abala."

(The MMDA continues to remind motorists: be extra careful when driving during the rains. Also, regularly monitor weather news and flood reports to avoid disruptions.)

The Makati City government announced that the number coding scheme is still suspended on Friday, July 25, 2025.

"Bagamat walang coding, paalala pa rin sa mga motorista ang ibayong pag-iingat sa pagmamaneho. Maaaring iwasan din ang paglabas sa lansangan sa gitna ng bagyo," the LGU announced.

(Although there is no coding, motorists are still reminded to be extra careful while driving. You may also want to avoid going out on the road during the storm.)
