Fire hits Parañaque residential area

A fire broke out in a residential area in Sitio Sto Niño, Phase 1, Barangay San Dionisio, Parañaque City on Thursday morning, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region (BFP-NCR).

In an update, the BFP-NCR said the fire was reported at 8:25 a.m. and reached the fourth alarm at 9:06 a.m. 

Six fire trucks and an ambulance have responded to the affected area so far.

Authorities have yet to provide information on possible casualties, the number of affected houses and residents, and the cause of the fire as of posting time.—VAL, GMA Integrated News
