2 Marikina cops face charges over alleged rape of policewoman — NAPOLCOM
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) formally filed Thursday administrative charges against two cops in Marikina City over the alleged rape of a policewoman.
At a press conference, NAPOLCOM vice chairperson and executive officer Ralph Calinisan said a probable cause was seen in the complaint.
“Yung isang 'di umano'y rape ng isang patrolwoman sa Marikina, kung saan kakasuhan ang dalawang pulis for grave misconduct and conduct unbecoming of a police officer,” Calinisan said.

On August 17, a police staff sergeant and a patrolman invited the victim to have coffee but they brought her to a different place where the alleged abuse took place.
“Yung victim is also on duty. Niyaya magkape ng dalawa. Noong sumama sa mobile, instead na magkape, pumunta somewhere, nag-park. Then nangyari yun,” Eastern Police District head Police Brigadier General Aden Lagradante earlier said.
