LIST: Flooded roads in Metro Manila amid heavy rains on Oct. 9, 2025

Some roads in the National Capital Region (NCR) were flooded amid heavy rains on Thursday afternoon, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

The MMDA said flooding was reported in the following areas after PAGASA raised a thunderstorm advisory for parts of Metro Manila at 1:24 p.m.:

Quezon City

Elliptical Road East Avenue - gutter deep (eight inches), passable to all types of vehicles as of 2:03 p.m. 

Commonwealth Ever Gotesco eastbound outermost lane - gutter deep (eight inches), passable to all types of vehicles as of 2:05 p.m. 

EDSA North Avenue northbound - gutter deep (eight inches), passable to all types of vehicles as of 2:11 p.m. 

Mandaluyong City 

EDSA Shaw tunnel northbound - gutter deep (eight inches), passable to all types of vehicles as of 2:21 p.m.
