Mall hours in Metro Manila adjusted to 11 a.m.-11 p.m. starting November 17
Malls in the National Capital Region (NCR) will adjust operating hours to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. starting November 17 in light of the expected heavier traffic during the Christmas season, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said Friday.
In a press conference after a meeting with mall operators, MMDA chairperson Romando Artes said that the adjusted mall hours will be effective during weekdays, except for holidays, until December 25.
“Ang napagkasunduan po namin ay yun pong mall hours ay magsisimula ng 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. effective November 17 hanggang December 25,” Artes said.

Aside from this, Artes said mall deliveries will only be allowed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
