Road closures in Malate for Manila Oktoberfest 2025
The City of Manila announced Thursday temporary road closures in parts of Malate to give way to the Manila Oktoberfest 2025 Beer and Music Festival, which will be held at Remedios Circle on October 24, 25, and 31.
In a traffic advisory, the Manila Public Information Office said there would be heavy traffic in the area and motorists should plan their trips accordingly. The city government thanked the public for their patience and cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration.
Roads closed to traffic:
- Bocobo Street – from San Andres Street to Julio Nakpil Street
- Adriatico Street – from Julio Nakpil Street to San Andres Street
- Remedios Street – from Maria Orosa Street to Madre Ignacia Street
- Maria Orosa Street – from Julio Nakpil Street
Alternate routes:
- From Quirino Avenue, turn right to San Andres St., then right to L.M. Guerrero St., left to Julio Nakpil St., right to Maria Orosa St., left to Gen. Malvar St., and right to A. Mabini St. leading to Pedro Gil St.
- From Madre Ignacia St., turn left to Remedios St. toward Roxas Blvd., or right to A. Mabini St. going to Pedro Gil St.
- From Taft Avenue, turn right to Julio Nakpil St., right to Vasquez St., left to Gen. Malvar St., and right to A. Mabini St. toward Pedro Gil St.
- From Adriatico St., turn left to Pedro Gil St.

The Manila Oktoberfest 2025 is expected to draw large crowds with live music performances, food stalls, and cultural festivities. City officials reminded festival goers to follow traffic and crowd safety guidelines throughout the celebration. —Sherylin Untalan/AOL, GMA Integrated News
