LIST: Road closures, reblocking in Metro Manila for Undas 2025
The local government units (LGU) in Metro Manila have released their respective traffic advisories and some reminders in line with the observance of Undas 2025.
Caloocan
Closed from 6 a.m., October 31, to 6 p.m., November 2. Only motorists going to South Skyway will be allowed to pass.
- C3 corner B. Serrano to C3-8th Street
Those from C3-5th Avenue are advised to turn left to B. Serrano, turn right to 7th Avenue going to A. Bonifacio.

Navotas
- Road closure from October 31, 12 p.m. to November 2, 12 a.m.
- Gov Pascual St. (From A. Ignacio St. to A. Santiago St.)
- The Navotas local government also reminded the public of the following for a solemn observance of Undas 2025.
Mandaluyong
The Mandaluyong local government announced that it will implement a traffic rerouting from October 27 to November 2 on the main roads near the San Felipe Neri Cemetery and Garden of Life Park.
- San Felipe Neri Cemetery
- All vehicles bound to Kalentong from Boni Avenue turn right at Ortigas Street, then left to T.
- Bernardo Street. Straight ahead to P. Gomez St., down to A. Luna St., then turn right to Aglipay to destination.
- All vehicles going to Boni Avenue (eastbound) coming from Kalentong, use Westbound lane of Boni Avenue in front of the cemetery then straight ahead to Boni Avenue.
- All vehicles NO ENTRY to Martinez Street in front of cemetery.
- No vehicles are allowed to park in front of the cemetery (eastbound).
- Garden of Life Park
- All vehicles coming from llino Cruz Street going to Kalentong, turn left to Aglipay Extension thru Boni Avenue
- All vehicles coming from Kalentong Street going to Aglipay Cemetery and Paradise Cemetery take Boni Avenue then turn right to P. Cruz
- All vehicles coming from Barangay Namayan, J. Rizal going to Boni Avenue/City Hall or Shaw Blvd., take J.P. Rizal thru Coronado St., turn left to San Francisco to the destination.
- Mandaluyong is also implementing a road closure in front of the cemeteries (eastbound and westbound).
- One way is being implemented in Aglipay (from Parada going to Boni Avenue) and Parada and Hernandez (from P. Cruz to Aglipay)
- Vehicles are not allowed to park in front of the cemeteries (eastbound and westbound).
- Tricycles are prohibited from entering the following areas:
- From P. Cruz / Lerma Street up to Liberty Flour Mills. Take P. Cruz then turn right to Lerma Street, right to Canteras Street and back to P. Cruz Street
- From P. Cruz / Lerma Street up to Liberty Flour Mills. Take P. Cruz then turn right to Lerma Street, right to Canteras Street and back to P. Cruz Street.
Manila
The Manila local government earlier issued its guidelines and preparations for an orderly and safe observance of Undas 2025 next weekend.
From October 29 to November 2, the Manila North and South Cemeteries will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
In a Facebook post, Manila public information office said the following roads will be closed from October 30 to November 3:
- Stretch of Blumentritt Street from A. Bonifacio to Aurora Blvd.
- Stretch of Dimasalang from Retiro Street to Calavite Street
- Stretch of Maceda from Makiling Street to Dimasalang Street
- Southbound Lane of Dimasalang Bridge
- Aurora Blvd. from Felix Huertas Rd. to Matandang Sora (Chinese Cemetery South Gate)
It said that actual closing and opening of affected roads will be based on traffic situation.
Motorists coming from Dimasalang Road intending to utilize Blumentritt Road are advised to turn right to Makiling Street to point of destinations.
All vehicles coming from Quezon City utilizing A. Bonifacio Ave. shall turn left to Labo Street to point of destination.
Meanwhile, motorists coming from Maceda Street intending to utilize Dimasalang Street or Retiro Street shall turn right to Makiling Street to point of destination.
According to Marisol Abdurahman’s Monday report on “24 Oras,” the Manila North Cemetery has 64 CCTV cameras and will deploy drones starting October 31 for public safety.
It will also conduct livestreaming so that visitors can check the number of people in the cemetery.
The Manila North Cemetery is expected to have about 2 million visitors over the weekend to observe Undas 2025.
On Sunday, about 50,000 visitors came to the Manila North Cemetery.

- Kalayaan Avenue:
The road section from Zapote St. to N. Garcia St. shall be closed to traffic for exclusive use of pedestrians. (Note: Kalayaan Avenue; portion from Zapote St. to South Avenue shall be divided into two-way flow for pedestrian by segregation barrier to give order and safety).
- South Avenue:
The road section from J.P. Rizal Ave. to Metropolitan Ave. shall be closed to traffic and shall be exclusive use for pedestrian. (Note: South Avenue; from J.P. Rizal St. to Metropolitan Avenue shall be divided into two-way flow for pedestrian by segregation barrier to give order and safety).
- Vito Cruz Ave. Ext.:
The road portion from South Ave. to Zapote St. shall be closed to traffic and shall be exclusive for pedestrian use. Likewise, the half portion from Zapote St. to Chino Roces shall be temporarily modified into one-way and utilized for Parking purposes. (Note: Vito Cruz Ext; from South Avenue to Zapote St. shall be divided into two-way flow for pedestrian by segregation barrier to give order and safety).
- Pililla St.:
The road portion from Baler St. to Kalayaan Avenue. shall be closed to traffic and shall be exclusive for Pedestrian Use and as an access road to designated parking areas only.
Reroute Traffic Roads
- J.P. Rizal Avenue:
From Makati Ave. to Chino Roces Ave., shall be temporary converted into Two-Way traffic flow.
- Zapote Street
From J.P. Rizal Ave. to Kalayaan A anue shall be temporarily converted into Two-Way traffic flow. 7. Zapote St; from Kalayaan Avenue to Metropolitan Avenue shall be as is one-way traffic towards Kamagong St.
- Vito Cruz Ave. Extension
From Chino Roces Ave. to Zapote St., shall be converted into One-Way eastward or towards South Cemetery direction. One side of this road portion of Vito Cruz Ext., shall be designated as Parking Area. (Northside curb).
- Metropolitan Avenue:
From South Avenue to N. Garcia St., shall be converted into one-way traffic flow direction.

- All Public Utility Vehicles (PUJ & UV) and Private Vehicles coming from Ayala-Makati CBD and along Ayala Ave. Ext., heading towards J.P. Rizal Avenue; The Circuit; Sta. Ana, Manila; Delpan Street and Guadalupe Area: (Northbound & Eastbound):
a. Along Ayala Ave. Ext.; Left Turn to Metropolitan Ave.; Right Turn to Chino Roces Ave.; Right Turn to J.P. Rizal Avenue for The Circuit area; Guadalupe area destinations

- All light vehicles coming from both directions of Zapote St. heading towards Zobel Roxas Ave., via usual Vito Cruz Ext. to Manila direction: (Westbound):
(NOTE: Vito Cruz Ext. from Chino Roces Ave. to Zapote St. portion shall be temporarily converted into One-way Street towards South Ave. direction, to facilitate road portion as Designated One-side Parking Area):

Marikina
- One-way traffic eastbound from 6 a.m. on October 31 to 12 a.m. on November 3. The affected streets are the A. Bonifacio Ave and Sumulong Highway.
San Juan
Bonny Serrano will be one-way from November 1 to 2.

Pasay
Closed to vehicular traffic October 31 to November 2:
- Hidalgo Street Arnaiz up to M. Dela Cruz Street (Roman Catholic Cemetery area)
The public parking area will be on the right side of Arnaiz Avenue going Makati from Tramo up to Aurora Street. No vehicles will be allowed to park on both sides of the street in front of the cemetery.
All vehicles from Makati along Arnaiz Avenue will be re-routed towards north of Edison Street and find their way going to west bound to their destination.
Meanwhile, M. Dela Cruz Street public utility jeepneys from Protacio Street shall be re-routed towards Esguerra Street to Tolentino Street going to Arnaiz Avenue to their destination.

Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) urged the public to bring the following items for a safe observance of Undas 2025:
- Banig/picnic mats or chairs
- Portable fans
- Extra clothes
- Insect repellent
- Trash bag
- Water bottle
- Eco bags and/or reusable containers
- Cleaning materials
- Alcohol or sanitizer
- Identification card
- Umbrella or raincoat
- Flashlight or power bank
- Food and water
