MMDA suspends number coding on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025 due to Uwan
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) suspended the expanded number coding scheme on Monday, November 10, due to the expected impact of Super Typhoon Uwan.
In an advisory issued Sunday, the MMDA advised motorists to exercise caution when driving and to remain updated with weather reports.
Based on PAGASA’s 11 a.m. cyclone bulletin, Metro Manila is still under Signal No. 3 as Uwan maintains strength and is expected to make landfall over the central portion of Aurora on Sunday evening or early Monday morning.
Earlier today, Malacañang announced the suspension of government work in nine regions on November 10 and classes in 12 regions on November 10 to 11 in light of the impacts of the storm. — Mariel Celine Serquiña/RF, GMA Integrated News
