3 killed in multivehicle pile-up in Antipolo City
Three people were killed after a 10-wheeler truck reportedly rammed several motorcycles and vehicles along Sumulong Highway in Barangay Dela Paz, Antipolo City on Tuesday morning.
According to Super Radyo dzBB reporter Mark Makalalad, the victim was declared dead on arrival at a hospital, as confirmed by the city police.
The two other fatalities were the truck driver who was pinned in his seat and a motorcycle rider who was stuck underneath the truck, as confirmed by the Antipolo public information office chief Relly Bernardo.

Two additional victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The radio report said three motorcycles, two cars, and two trucks were involved in the crash.
Initial investigation indicated that one of the trucks allegedly lost its brakes while traversing the highway, hitting the motorcycles and other vehicles before slamming into a concrete post.—Joviland Rita/MCG/AOL, GMA Integrated News
