US Embassy Manila to be closed on upcoming US-PH holidays

The United States Embassy in Manila announced that it will be closed on the upcoming Philippine and American holidays. 

In an advisory, the embassy said that its Visa Application Center in Parañaque City will be closed as well on the following dates: 

• December 25 - Christmas Day 
• December 30 - Rizal Day 
• December 31 - Wednesday 
• January 1, 2026 - New Year’s Day 
• January 19, 2026 - Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. 

Hence, visa and American Citizens Services appointments will not be scheduled on the above mentioned dates. 

“Appointments on other dates will continue as scheduled, unless otherwise announced on this page and through emails to the individuals concerned,” the embassy added. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/RF, GMA Integrated News
