6 men to face alarm and scandal complaint after roadside scuffle
Six people will face a complaint for alam and scandal after getting involved in a roadside fight in McArthur Highway, Barangay Marulas in Valenzual City.
According to a "24" oras report by James Agustin, three of the men were delivery riders while the other three were passengers of an SUV.
The SUV and the motorcycle carrying the three riders started chasing each other in Malabon City after the passengers of the SUV thought the motorcycle was honking at them.
In an intersection in Barangay Marulas, the two groups went off their vehicle and engaged in a fist fight.
"They are disrupting the traffic, our motorists, our churchgoers, those who will go to work," said Police Captain Jhonnie Beltran, commander of the Marulas Sub-Station 3.
The two groups have settled their differences, but will still face the complaint.
"Parehas na nag-init kami, so nagkamali lahat (We all got hotheaded, we admit our wrongdoing)," said one of the SUV passengers, who added when asked that they had a few drinks.
The motorcycle riders did not comment. —LDF, GMA Integrated News
