DOH to set up 20 health stations along Traslacion route


The Department of Health (DOH) has placed 20 Health Emergency Response Team stations along the 2026 Traslacion route in Manila.

The Department of Health (DOH) has placed 20 Health Emergency Response Team stations along the 2026 Traslacion route in Manila. 

In an advisory on Wednesday, DOH announced that stations will be placed at the following locations:

  •   Quirino Grandstand
  •   Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard - 2 stations
  •   National Museum (Exit Point)
  •   Cebuana Lhuillier (near SM Manila)
  •   Sun Trust (near Ayala Bridge)
  •   Stretch of P. Casal - 2 stations
  •   Quinta Market Parking
  •   Villarica Pawnshop, Quezon
  • Boulevard - 2 stations
  •   Technological Institute of the Philippines cor. Lingkod Bayan (Arlequi cor. P. Casal)
  •   San Sebastian Church Ground
  •   MLOU Ground
  •   One Quiapo Hotel, Quezon Boulevard - 2 stations
  •   In front of BDO (C. Palanca cor. P. Gomez)
  •   MCGI Quiapo, Quezon Boulevard
  •   In front of 711 & Chowking
  •   In front of PhiTrust Bank

“Kapag masama na ang pakiramdam sa prosesyon, hanapin agad ang pinakamalapit na health station,” the department said.

(If a devotee is not feeling well during the procession, look for the nearest health station.)

DOH shared that they responded to a total of 300 health incidents during the 2025 Traslacion.

They reminded the public to bring the necessary items like medication, water, towels, and sanitizers to help ease their comfort during the long hours of the feast.

Earlier, DOH said that they are set to deploy around 200 personnel from nearby hospitals to provide emergency health services for devotees joining the Traslacion. 

The health department has placed public hospitals under Code White on January 9 in line with the celebration. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
