Pasig River Esplanade ready in 10 days — Liza Marcos

The Pasig River Esplanade will be ready to welcome guests in about 10 days, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos said Saturday.

In the First Lady's social media post, the esplanade surface and some stalls were being painted.

The esplanade has become a popular destination for Christmas holiday food trips and evening strolls, drawing visitors with its wide food bazaar and festive attractions.

A project overseen by the First Lady, the Pasig River rehabilitation entered its third phase in February 2025.

Phase 3 of the Pasig River Esplanade hopes to create 2,000 square meters of open activity space along Plaza Mexico, which will be ideal for enjoying the scenery or taking a stroll.
