Parañaque LGU bans wearing of helmet, mask for non-riders in public areas

The local government of Parañaque City announced that wearing a helmet or mask inside establishments and public areas within the city are prohibited. 

The rule applies particularly to those who are not riding the motorcycle.

City Ordinance No. 2025-30 (69) or the Anti-Face Concealment Ordinance of Parañaque City will ensure the safety of the public. 

''Exemptions are provided for medical or health-related use or during officially declared public health emergencies, recognized religious or cultural practices,'' the ordinance read. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
