Man shoots debtor dead after argument in Pasig

Authorities arrested a man after he allegedly shot a man who owed him money to death following an argument in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.

According to Emil Sumangil’s exclusive report on “24 Oras” on Tuesday, a pregnant woman was also wounded during the shooting incident and is now in good condition after receiving medical treatment.

Multiple gunshots were heard from CCTV footage that showed the suspect follow the victim into a narrow alley.

Based on police investigation, the suspect was collecting a debt from the victim when the former allegedly lost his temper after the latter rudely responded to him.

The suspect fled the incident, but was arrested in the adjacent barangay after his neighbors reported him to authorities.
