Pasig SK files resolution vs. muse competitions

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Pederasyon in Pasig has decided to no longer hold muse competitions.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Pasig SK Pederasyon announced that they have passed a resolution discontinuing the practice of muse competitions for sports leagues.

“Ang resolusyong ito ay naglalayong baguhin ang nakasanayang practice na maaaring hindi na angkop sa kasalukuyang panahon, at palitan ito ng mas respeto, patas, at progresibong sistema sa mga youth sports activities,” read the statement.

(This resolution aims to change the standard practice that is no longer relevant in the current era, and change it into a more respectful, fair, and progressive system during youth sports activities.)

The decision was signed at the Temporary Pasig City Hall last April 23 and has passed the federation level. —VAL, GMA News
