Body of 17-year-old swept away in Marilao River found; 3 missing

The body of one of four youths who were swept away by strong currents in the Marilao River was recovered in Barangay Parada, Santa Maria, Bulacan.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the 17-year-old boy was identified by his family.

Authorities and rescuers continue to search for the three other youths who remain missing.

In the video, barangay personnel warned the boys against swimming in the river as the raging water continues to rise.

The boys were reportedly challenging one another to cross the river. —LDF, GMA News
