UST grad tops September 2026 Librarians computer-based licensure exam

A graduate from the University of Sto. Tomas was named topnotcher in the September 2026 Librarians Computer-based Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Natalie Ericca Tan Malubag garnered the percentage rating of 92.65, the highest among 760 who passed the exam.
