The impeachment trial continued with witnesses Davao City Register of Deeds IV Kathy Florence Baldonado and City of Samal Deputy Register of Deeds III Marco Pineda.
House prosecutor and Bukidnon 2nd District Rep. Keith Flores presented the title of a 379-square-meter property in Barangay Matina, Davao City, registered under the Vice President’s husband, Manases Carpio.

The property was sold for P6 million in July 2024.
The title also shows an P8-million mortgage with Philippine Savings Bank, which was taken out in August 2024.
Flores also moved to reveal Duterte’s 2026 2025 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), but Presiding Officer Francis Escudero pointed out that SALNs do not require officials to indicate the actual area of a property.
