US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday that a Quad leaders meeting in Manila, Philippines, will "hopefully" be announced very soon.
Rubio was speaking at a press conference in Atlanta after meeting his counterparts from the other Quad nations of Japan, Australia and India. —Reuters
