MANILA, Philippines- Controversial doctor Hayden Kho Jr. on Thursday said drugs had nothing to do with his sex videos involving several women, including actress Katrina Halili. "I am not attributing my behavior to drugs," he told the Senate panel investigating the sex video scandal.
