111 pass preliminary interview for foreign service exams

One hundred and eleven examinees passed the preliminary interview of this year’s Foreign Service Officer (FSO) Examination given by the Department of Foreign Affairs. The DFA said the examinees, who took the tests last Saturday and Sunday at the DFA building, will be eligible to take the written tests from Wednesday to Friday at the DFA building. “The Written Test shall push through even if a holiday is declared," it said in its Web site (www.dfa.gov.ph), referring to Aug. 5, which Malacañang declared as a national nonworking holiday on the occasion of the funeral and burial of the late former President Corazon Aquino.
